Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with our service, please inform us immediately. We offer:

• 100% refund - If service was not provided as per commitment
• 50% refund - If customer is partially satisfied within 24 hours
• Free touch-up - Within 3 days of service if any issue

Payment Proof Requirement

After successful payment, you must upload the payment screenshot. The booking will be confirmed only after verification. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your appointment once free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Additional rescheduling may incur a small fee.
